The " Foundation " is a charity non-governmental organisation (N.G.O.) incorporated in 1992 under the Companies and Allied Matters Decree1990, limited by guarantee of its members principally to carry out the object in its charter under its two centres,

1. The Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution (C.E.P.C.O.R.)
   
   
2. The Centre for the Promotion of Industrial Society and Private Enterprise (C.I.S.P.E.)

MISSION & OBJECTIVES
To promote the achievement of a stable society through the analysis of causes of conflict and resolution of the same.	To sponsor and promote academic research and scholarship primarily in the field of education.
To promote and sponsor the development of science and technology based education for the attainment of an industrial society in Nigeria.	To collaborate with relevent government departments, statutory bodies, organised private sector tec, for the purpose of carrying out research into all aspect of government policies and measures affection the economy of Nigeria.
